Rosie
In October 2005, I took our 10 year old female Bassett Hound, Rosie, in for her yearly check up. Our vet noticed a heart murmur and sent us to a canine cardiologist. After extensive testing, Rosie’s heart was found to be okay for her age, but unfortunately x-rays showed tumors on her lungs, liver and stomach. We then took her to another specialist who performed lab tests and sonograms. His diagnosis was that Rosie had very pronounced cancer and had no more than two weeks to live. He did not recommend chemotherapy and gave us no hope. All three vets confirmed the diagnosis.
Rosie had shown no outward signs of her illness. After recovering from the shock, I started the search to find something that might help. I found the best hope appeared to be K-9 Transfer Factor and K-9 Immunity. I placed her on a holistic diet and showed my vet the literature on the K-9 Medicinals products. He said it looked good, but in Rosie’s case would most likely not help since her cancer was so far advanced.
Now, writing this 18 months later, Rosie is still alive and doing well. The cancer is still there, but she is alive and happy. Our vet was astonished at Rosie’s success and now tells others about the products.
