Shipping

All orders placed Monday-Friday, before 4:00 PM PST, are shipped the same day. Ground shipping is U.S. Postal Service, either 1st class or Priority Mail. It typically takes 3-4 days to arrive. Express orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. Orders placed before 11:30 AM PST typically arrive at most U.S. locations the next business day (excluding Sunday and holidays), however, there are some locations within the U.S. where delivery will be two days. Customer service is critical to us and we always do everything possible to immediately fill all orders.

Return Policy

Returns must be post marked no more than 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for this refund policy. Upon receipt and processing of your return, the credit card account number provided at the time of your purchase will be credited. International Customers

We value our international customers and want to help your canine family member. However, due to cost, we cannot offer free shipping. Please contact our Customer Care Department at 775-883-1974 to place your order and determine shipping costs. Shipments are subject to duty charges and may be delayed in the U.S. Customs or the country of receipt. These issues are beyond the control of K9Medicinals, Inc. and we cannot be responsible.
